Vincent Brown is a world-renowned leader who has been investing in organizations nationally and globally. Vincent has also been a business partner to one of our board members, Janet Reid, for over 30 years. Vincent's leadership, strength, and expertise greatly benefits our faculty and clients at the Talent Magnet Institute. Together we know that we can move towards building the best teams, cultures, and approaches for inclusive and equitable workplaces and communities.
Vincent is also the president and CEO of V. Randolph Brown Consulting. He is a dynamic business leader with a passion for effecting organizational change.
Throughout his career, Vincent has partnered with premier organizations to develop and implement diversity strategies, optimize talent, and build high-performing leadership teams who thrive in diverse and inclusive environments. He was a founding partner and managing director of Global Novations. His notable clients have included Limited Brands, Macy’s (formerly Federated Department Stores), Bon Secors Mercy Health, Carolinas Health Care System, Yale New Haven Health, Proctor & Gamble, the NCAA, the NBA, Johnson & Johnson, Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, KeyBank and many others.
Vincent has co-authored a bestselling book with Janet Butler Reid, PH.D. that helped shape the thinking in modern corporate culture about diversity and inclusion, entitled “The Phoenix Principles: Leveraging Inclusion to Transform your Company.” Their second book on the intersectionality of diversity, inclusion, neuroscience, and bias: “Intrinsic InclusionTM: Rebooting Your Biased Brain” will be released in the second half of 2020.
