MEET EARL WRIGHT

Project Activator

Earl Wright Jr. is passionate about critical thinking, problem solving and information technology. His experience to organize projects, website and design a quality user experience makes him a standout player to activate on the many moving Talent Magnet projects. Earl is working alongside the Leadership Engagement Director, and our team is grateful for the initiative,  influence and patience that he brings to the table.

Earl joined the team in July of 2021 after receving certifications and further education in information technology and user experience design. He spent four years prior with Western & Southern Life Insurance and four years with the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. The knowledge received from these backgrounds give him the keen ability to multitask, provide excellent customer service and handle both detailed and tech-oriented tasks. In his current role, he will help support the member experience, analyze data to help the team continuously improve offerings, improve processes and enhance the overall user experience.

Earl likes to spend time outside. Playing softball, bicycling and working out are hobbies that he enjoys. Additionally, Earl is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc; he is the chair of their annual alumni tailgate at the University of Cincinnati.
