Robin Shabazz has led at the highest level of business, built HR organizations, navigated culture change, and designed and executed business strategies for many years. Robin is passionate about building cultural intelligence, leveraging intrinsic motivation, and gaining a multi-cultural perspective.

Bringing knowledge, planning, and behavior change in a way to inspire, encourage, and assist in long-term change is one of the gifts and passions that Robin brings to those she works with and represents. We are thankful for those gifts at TMI!

She also uses the Cultural Intelligence model to assist clients who aim to become an antiracist organization.

As a certified Unconscious Bias and Cultural Intelligence professional, Robin capitalizes on her diverse background to deliver simple yet practical tactics to help organizations understand their “cultural lens” and build the knowledge, strategies, and action plans that enable them to manage and relate to people of all backgrounds and thus foster a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace for employees, customers, and other stakeholders.

Prior to forming The Eastledge Group, Robin held several leadership roles within global retail companies. She served as senior vice president of human resources for Signet Jewelers, Inc. While at Luxottica Retail, she built a nationally recognized human capital analytics infrastructure, which linked employee behaviors and traits to business outcomes.
