David Kiihnl has had a 40-year relationship with our founding organization Centennial and both of our co-founders.
Mike Sipple, Sr. And David worked together while David was the CEO of leading organizations. They built high-performing teams and helped more organizations through board and succession planning than most duos in the greater Cincinnati region.
David has assisted Mike Sipple Jr. and Sr. on multiple strategic plans. David is a strategist and an authentic leader at heart and has one of the most thorough approaches to strategic planning.
Mike Sipple, Jr. often credits David to being one of his personal and professional mentors -- a leader who cares about him both personally and professionally. David is a lifetime friend of the family, advisor, and mentor of the Talent Magnet Institute.
