Mike Sipple, Jr. is the Co-Founder and CEO of the Talent Magnet Institute®, an organization that provides leaders with tools, resources, and support to develop a holistic approach to leadership. Mike also hosts the Talent Magnet Institute podcast, which has been downloaded more than 50,000 times by global leaders from 80+ different countries. The Talent Magnet Institute podcast boldly tackles “real-time” the toughest issues leaders face daily: from optimizing teams, building inclusive and equitable cultures, and empowering others to the loneliness and fatigue unique to those at the top of the org chart.
Mike’s two decades working in and leading Centennial Executive Search & Talent Strategy has given him deep experience with privately held and family-owned businesses all around the world. Mike is called on by board members and business owners for the expertise he provides, but also as a connector to the network, he and Centennial built through visionary and conscientious service to both businesses and leaders. Talent Magnet Institute was born out of these experiences. Mike and his dad co-founded the organization after Centennial’s clients continued to seek strategic and leadership advice from the firm beyond executive search. Building executive teams, high-performing teams, and healthy cultures are the basis of this team's expertise. Talent Magnet Institute and Centennial both strive to help leaders achieve their personal and organizational mission, vision, and both short and long-term objectives.
Mike is sought after to speak and moderate for associations, executive peer groups, and organizations about how to Become A Talent Magnet, How to Lead Courageously, Re-Energizing Teams, Motivating Organizations, Building Healthy and Vibrant Cultures, and various self, team, and business leaders topics.
Mike also writes on a variety of key topics and can be read in the Thrive Global, Cincinnati Business Courier, Business Courier Trust, Family Business Magazine, NKYTribune, and various other publications.
Mike is very passionate about community engagement and sees it as a way to help the community as well as improve your organization.
When you ask Sipple, Jr. what his ultimate goal is with Talent Magnet Institute he states, "Just to change the way the world defines leadership" (and he would let out a little #LetsGo #TogetherWeWill).
"Leadership is a journey, and you don't have to walk it alone." ~Mike Sipple, Jr.
