Michelle Dunne brings experience in executive leadership, organizational development and strategy development and deployment to the Talent Magnet team. She has a progressive career defining and driving improvement projects and leading cross functional teams, while developing sustainability strategies and increasing revenue.
From growing mission, product and brand recognition to optimizing operational margins, Michelle has a solid range of leadership experience. Both a business professional and athlete, she thrives in competitive scenarios, delivering bottom-line results. Michelle originally met Mike and Sue Sipple as well as Mike Sipple Jr. during her seven years at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. She has an impressive background in the nonprofit sector, serving five years as the Executive Director at the Cancer Support Community of Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky after leading A Kid Again- Southwest Chapter as Executive Director for four years.
When not at her desk, you can often find Michelle outdoors at road cycling events of various distances, Ironman half and full races, and various running events from 5k to full marathons. Additionally, Michelle is assistant XC Coach for Sycamore High School, a certified trainer, and a certified life transformation coach.
With a passion for providing outstanding service for clients, her practices align seamlessly with the care and support provided to our Talent Magnet Community members, Centennial clients and the many partners we hold dear in the Cincinnati community and beyond.
