Mike has a deep passion for executive onboarding, succession planning, organizational design and strategic planning. His knowledge, expertise, and passion for people is held in high regard by any leader across the world who knows him.
Working with talented leaders to improve business outcomes is Michael’s professional passion. Clients leverage his experience in many organizational development specialties and industries to help them better understand what is working, what isn’t working, and what to do about it.
His broad organization development background working with senior leaders means clients can benefit from Michael’s knowledge and ability to take-on complex issues and help leaders see through to the other side.

Before working with us, Michael began an organization development practice in 2005 after retiring from Fidelity Investments. He has served as a corporate vice president of organization development and an assistant professor in a college of business. His employment background also includes Good Samaritan Hospital, Batesville Casket Company, and Kellogg Company. Michael has a doctoral degree in educational leadership and international leadership experience, which includes Mexico, Canada, and Australia.
In addition to being a mentor, coach and friend to many successful leaders in the Cincinnati region and beyond, he is the author of two books, "An Org Dev'l (OD) Approach to Executive Coaching" and "An Org Dev'l Approach to Strategic Planning: a Springboard to Success".
