Leadership Labs are quarterly deep-dive sessions where leaders from across industries gain practical approaches to the challenges that keep them stuck. Each Lab combines expert facilitation, peer learning, and practical tools you can apply immediately.

Expert Facilitation
Each Lab is led by Talent Magnet Institute executive coaches and facilitators with decades of leadership development expertise. You won’t get a lecture. You’ll get guided, engaged learning designed to move you forward.
Peer Learning
Leadership can be isolating. Leadership Labs give you a room full of people who understand your challenges because they’re facing them too. Expect candid conversation, shared experience, and perspectives you won’t find inside your own organization.

Every session ends with a take-home diagnostic or framework you can put to work right away. No vague inspiration. No theory without application. Just clear, actionable tools built for real leadership situations.

When: Quarterly, always on the first Thursday of the month, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Where: The Living Room, Cincinnati (Norwood location)
What’s Included: Facilitated session, lunch, and a take-home tool specific to that day’s Lab

Individual Session: $1,250 per person
Full Series (2026-2027): $3,995 — attend all four sessions yourself, or share across multiple attendees from your organization

The series pricing is designed to be flexible. One person can attend all four, or you can send different team members to different sessions. Either way, you get the full benefit of the program.
