Driven to create significance, she has the ability to navigate through the barriers and challenges while designing a path to success.
Erin supports the development and enhancement of a team’s talent philosophies to enable high caliber work through equitable talent practices. She strengthens manager and emerging leader skills and mindsets via 1:1 coaching/advising and the design/facilitation of meaningful professional development experiences that enable the individual and team’s ability to make a measurable impact.
She leverages nearly 20 years of experience across private and nonprofit sectors to advise and build the capacity of her clients. Erin previously led as a chief of staff, human assets business partner, and executive recruiter with Teach For America before starting her own consulting firm.
