Elaine’s experience has been developed through over three decades in leadership and executive coaching that span multiple industries and disciplines. This is highlighted in her founding of several successful businesses, and in her work around the country at General Motors and Hill-Rom Company. Her notable successes include work in disciplines including marketing, sales, manufacturing and IT. Elaine’s founding of Beyondbeing in 2006 brings the culmination of her experiences and strengths to others.
Elaine is a Professional Certified Coach and Certified Leadership and Talent Management Coach with the International Coach Federation. She is certified in assessment tools such as MBTI, EQ/EI and 360 instruments, and uses Gallup Strengths-Based Leadership, and many others.
Elaine is founder and president of Beyondbeing Executive and Leadership Coaching, and is also actively engaged in her community, as giving back is a top value for her.
