Daniel Wachter is a sales and marketing, training, innovation, and business development expert who has been a personal friend of TMI’s co-founder Mike Sipple’s for many years. He’s made his mark by embracing disruption and promoting innovation to drive real change in company cultures. He’s currently the vice president of global sales and marketing of Bemis Healthcare Packaging.
Wachter is a strategic, entrepreneurial P&L growth driver and turnaround expert who builds cross cultural, functional as well as geographical alignment to ignite global transformation for profitable commercial growth. Daniel has a unique and ‘in tune’ approach to leadership. In an expanding, global business world, one of the challenges leaders face is being able to span the gaps between countries, cultures, and languages. Daniel has had the privilege to receive excellent cultural awareness training in addition to working in many different areas. The most important thing he learned is that people are products of their respective cultures, and that individual values are anchored within those cultures.
Daniel serves as the Vice President of Sales for Amcor Flexible Healthcare North America. He previously served as the VP of Global Sales and Marketing for Bemis HealthCare Packaging Division. He founded Wachters & Partners Management Consulting LLC, based out of Cincinnati, where he provided strategy, organization, leadership, and M&A consulting in Protective Packaging and other industries to various Private Equity (PE) firms, PE-owned businesses, and other corporations. Wachter served as the President of Storopack North America where he achieved unprecedented sales growth and turned around what was an underperforming business.
We are honored to have Daniel as a key team member at the Talent Magnet Institute.
