MEET MEREDITH MEYER
Executive Coach • Strategic Planning & Organizational Design Expert
Helping leaders see and believe in compelling futures, then building the capacity to achieve them through aligned strategy and talent systems.
The Challenge You're Facing
You're at a pivot point or breakthrough moment where clarity, alignment, or momentum is needed. Your team has strong opinions and good data, but you can't reach shared decisions on strategic direction. Competing priorities create complexity, and you're stuck in reactive mode instead of intentionally designing what comes next. You know strategy and talent can't be separated, but you're struggling to connect them.
Why Meredith Gets It
Over 20 years, Meredith has worked on both sides of the table as a leader responsible for results and as a coach supporting others through change. She's served as a P&G brand manager, Chief of Staff to multiple nonprofit CEOs, a workplace leader in fast-growing technology companies, and founder of Infinite Potential, her consulting practice. She's navigated corporate, nonprofit, entrepreneurial, and technology environments, experiencing firsthand what leadership actually requires when the stakes are real. This diverse background gives her the perspective to help leaders cut through complexity at the intersection of strategic planning, leadership development, and talent systems.
How She Guides You to Success
Future-Focused Strategic Planning: Helps leaders move beyond reacting to change and instead intentionally design what comes next, creating compelling visions that drive better decisions and sustained energy through uncertainty.
Strategy-Talent Integration: Connects where your organization is going with how leaders lead, how teams work, and how people are developed, ensuring strategy and talent strengthen each other rather than compete.
Disciplined Decision-Making: Uses strategic frameworks, facilitated dialogue, and executive coaching to help leaders surface assumptions, examine tradeoffs, and arrive at decisions they can genuinely stand behind.
Capacity Building: Develops leaders' ability to confront real questions, make difficult choices, and sustain those choices through complexity, building organizational capability for future change.
Real Impact
Meredith guided a high-growth AI/technology company debating new market entry to move from strong opinions and good data to shared strategic direction. Through individual executive coaching and a carefully designed strategy retreat, she helped the leadership team surface assumptions, clarify decision criteria, and explicitly address tradeoffs. Leaders left aligned, confident in their decision (including where not to invest), and able to communicate consistently to their teams. For a large nonprofit at a moment of significant growth, she led a nine-month strategic planning process that moved the organization from broad aspirations to a focused, actionable five-year plan. The outcome included clear priorities, motivating success measures, ownership at multiple leadership levels, and increased confidence within the team to do strategic thinking themselves. Across her work, the common transformation is helping leaders move from complexity and competing priorities to clarity, commitment, and disciplined action while building capacity to navigate future change.

Beyond Work
Meredith's work is shaped by two powerful influences: a global, social-justice-oriented worldview and a deeply strengths-based orientation. She's led global teams and traveled to more than 40 countries, developing deep curiosity about how context shapes behavior and a high tolerance for different perspectives. As a certified VIA Institute strengths-based workplace practitioner, she's oriented toward identifying assets, capability, and potential, especially when people feel stuck. Her top character strength is Hope, meaning she naturally helps people see better futures and believe they have agency in creating them. This creates a coaching style that is both optimistic and disciplined: envisioning what's possible while translating vision into concrete choices and action.
