In her former corporate wellness leadership role of nearly a decade, she built and scaled a wellness department from the ground up, growing a health coaching program to 75 appointments per month and supporting 11,000 employees. She understands that change isn't linear, that busy seasons happen, and that old patterns resurface. Most importantly, she knows that lasting transformation happens through consistency, not perfection.
